The Akoya CODEX/Phenocycler ™ platform provides high parameter spatial analysis in tissues of interest.

Our Akoya tissue profiling capability utilizes CODEX/PhenocyclerTM to localize 100+ proteins and RNA at single cell resolution to better understand cell-cell interactions and localization within the tissue microenvironment.
