Nanostring nCounter Pro

The Nanostring nCounter Pro platform provides a bulk multi-omics assay platform capable of detecting up to 800 DNA, RNA, or proteins. Single molecule detection with no amplification, can be used for gene expression profiling, gene fusion, and CNV analysis.

Capabilities

  • Technology: Capture and reporter probes with unique fluorescent barcodes enable direct, digital detection of hundreds (≤800) of different target molecules in a single run
  • Low input: little as 25 ng
  • Sensitivity: 1 copy per cell, 100 bp targets, miRNAs
  • Advantage: enzyme-free with no cDNA conversion or amplification
  • Sample types: total RNA, plasma, serum, PBMC, FFPE, cell lysate, and often amenable to degraded/poor quality samples

Content

  • Multiple panels ranging from 200-770 genes have been developed that can be explored HERE, within different areas of research, including:

    • Immunology
    • Oncology
    • Neuroscience
    • Regenerative Medicine
    • Cellular Therapy
    • Cardiovascular Disease
    • Gene Therapy
